"Room especially the bathroom was very clean. Everything in the room was perfect, clean, and comfortable.
One of the staff who was on break cut his break short to help me figure out how I could get to the airport terminal with my huge multiple baggage. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He even checked to see which terminal I had to go. SHOUT OUT to this employee. I wish I had his name. I couldn’t thank him enough."

"The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was ok. Parking was expensive (55E/day), my TV did not work to pick up any channels... we could watch YouTube. There was no soap in the dispenser beside the sink or in the shower. We were there for less than 12 hours and to contact the housekeeping or maintenance for these things would've killed the little bit of time we had available to sleep."

"The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates."

"The room was great and the staff were friendly, location also very good as right next to the Metro station.
The breakfast was fine, however the hot buffet wasn't very hot. Yogurt, pastries and cereals were good.
On the negative side the gym was closed every time I wanted to use it, the roof track was locked and the sky bar always seemed to be closed so didn't get to use any of the amenities I paid for."
