"The hotel and rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was decent for something fast and on the go. Downfall was one of the 2 elevators were down for the whole 5 day stay. During the busy times wait time for them would get backed up. At one point someone took the out of order signs down and several people got stuck on the elevators."

"Stayed one night & im thankful that was it!! We had to wait to check in for about 15 minutes because the desk clerk was on her phone making plans for tomorrow. Didn’t have but 2 towels & 1 wash cloth & when we ask for 1 more towel & wash cloth, we were told they were out until laundry was done the next day. Pay a cash deposit that I had to almost beg to get back. Horrible experience, will NEVER stay there again."

"Higher priced than most hotels but well worth it! Peaceful, clean, great staff, lots to do! Beach chair rental a little high priced for the quality of chair but on a good note, the young lady working on the beach for the chair rentals made the price of $60/ day less painful. Lol! She was a delight! All staff were kind, patient and professional! I'll be back soon!"

"We had a mixed experience during our 5-day stay. Elizabet, who was there every morning at breakfast except for our last day (May 26), was absolutely amazing. She always greeted us warmly, checked on us, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She was one of the highlights of our stay and truly provided excellent customer service. On the other hand, the older lady with glasses at the front desk was not very friendly. Whenever we asked about using the bikes or paddle boards, she would give us unpleasant looks and made us feel like we were asking stupid questions. We felt judged and uncomfortable interacting with her, which was disappointing. When you're paying for a 5-day stay at a hotel that isn’t cheap, you expect to feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions about amenities that are included with your stay. Overall, Elizabet made a wonderful impression, but the front desk experience took away from what could have been a much better stay."
