"This property does not state it’s a shared property. I stayed in 1400 and windows are shared with next property so when the light comes on you can see the shadow. The only TV in living room did not work. The internet also did not work and their were dead palmetto bugs throughout the house. I would advise on staying anywhere but here. The property owner was rude and she lied serval times saying TV and internet did work so she wouldn’t have to refund my money. I would recommend too not waste your...

"The property is beautiful and we loved our time in Pensacola. However, our air wasn't working properly but the host since us to another property and it was perfect as well. The host was great with accommodating us so we'd have the perfect vacation and we're appreciative!!"

I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book.
