"What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. "Jammer dat mijn fiets niet veilig binnen gestald kon worden. Die moest nu de nacht buiten blijven, weliswaar afgesloten, maar bij zo‘n hotel zou toch een overdekte stalling, met mogelijkheid om je accu te laden, moeten zijn. Lakens zijn schoon, liggen los op het bed. Eén keer draaien en alles ligt gekreukt. Ontbijt was prima met fijne bediening. "

"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

Despite the fact that everything seemed nearly perfect, there are some things to be considered: The room was immaculate apart from the unusable toilet brush. The wall in the swimming pool area opposite the women’s shower needs a general renovation. "
