Escondido

The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was clean and staff were more than willing to accommodate any request. Not lots of normal extras in room was only downfall. Not even a box of tissues in the room. Had to ask for extra towel as there were only 2. But staff willingly brought more.

In triple digit temperatures because of a heat wave, the only ice machine on the property was broken. Also there is a strong police presence at night because of all the meth heads and criminals staying there. Won't ever be returning here.

The room was disgusting. The walls were two different colors. It looks as though where they did wall repair They couldn’t match the paint color. The bed spread had holes in them. The comforter under the bed spread had blood stains. The door lock was broken and I didn’t feel safe. The pool was closed due to COVID but nowhere did it say that the pool was closed. The website is very misleading. Also the furniture in the room was dirty and the pull out couch bed in the suite was dirty and stained and very old! Choose another place to stay anywhere is better than this!

No maid service for 2 days, tv worked when it wanted to. Iron didn't work, air conditioning just blew up into the curtains. small room the double beds were both pushed up against the wall so you could only get out on one side.

The room was dirty, bed disgusting, and service was challenging. It wasn’t even an hour after check in and staff was imposing an hourly rate to be paid since a refund was requested.

It is in the bad area . Drug area of Escondido You wedside is very bad For cancellation. I can even find it. I will not recommend to any friend!

The property is located in a very central location. Everything you could need is around you. The staff was diligent about cleaning every day. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the room was pretty descent.

Worst place still horrible. Not a shocker.

The only thing good about this place is the price! I mean the rooms are cleaned partially and most of the time it seems as if they dont switch out towels if they dont look too dirty. Which makes me believe the bedding probably wasnt switched either. Just refolded and remade. They way they so poorly take care of those things makes me very weary about the showers there. Very doubtful they take the time to clean and sanitize it. To top that off the service still has not changed at all. They still have the same frowning, rude, snotty, and demeaning staff that truly dont care about anything but making a dollar off you.

ripped comforter

They should not put the ripped comforter on the bed anymore because it will not be pleasant for the visitors to use it especially if you have kids with you like me. I’m sure the beddings are clean but it will look like it’s not just because of the appearance of it. Also the front desk gave us only 1 keycard instead of at least 2 for convenience. I know it’s covid time that’s why there was no complimentary breakfast but at least they should provide coffee maker, cups, coffee, creamer & sugar for the visitor to have in the morning. But thank you anyways.

Not happy

My stay at the hotel wasnt so good. Customer service rude, the curtain was to long so when i had the AC on i had to fold the bottom of the curtain, the water in the shower wouldnt go down right away so my feet were in dirty water and towels not enough or big ones and housekeeping never brought the towels i asked for. I was in room 205 and i didnt take pics cause i didnt know u asked for pics. I personally am not going back

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was considering how little I paid. I especially liked the mini fridge with working freezer. The shower was also nice looking (despite the low water pressure). It was clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking. The only thing I didn't like was that the fridge made a lot of noise at night but I brought earplugs for that. They currently don't have the free breakfast and the pool was closed, both due to Covid 19 regulations, but using either of those amenities would have been nice.

Clean and comfy

I have stayed at this location several times. They are very strict about the no visitor policy. However the beds are comfortable and the rooms are usually clean. Very good lodging for the price.

This place was horrible. Every night the key didn’t work and I had to get a new one. The room was dirty. The tv turned off constantly. Homeless and druggies everywhere. Never again

Best place in Esco

Had a 2 month business trip with my new corp, and this place was perfect for it. I have stayed in every hotel in Esco. Hands down this is the best place for the money. I have never had a problem with the front desk, because they were on point and always there to help. The cleaning ladies are the best I have ever seen. Very respectful of your things, and again I had no problems with them at all what so ever! I am glad and blessed to have met and stayed here. They make it feel like home.
