"The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. "Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human."

"This hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. No need for a car in Lalma. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Super clean with an amazing rooftop bar and pool- which was so great to use after boating or shopping for the day. The staff was so happy and really helpful. Our suite was awesome with lots of details that made it just that little extra. I would highly recommend this hotel."
