"I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and was told that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. They sent me to another hotel instead, which was very disappointing. It was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, dirty, and in poor condition overall. This was a very stressful experience late at night after traveling. I would not recommend this place."

Kamer spullen zijn verouderd.
Gasten moeten eerst oovragen als iets op is (wc rollen), noodig heeft (schoon badjas, baddoek, schoonmaak ed)
Ik twijfelt of er echt termalwater was of wat verwarmde gewone water was.
Er is geen speciaal bed, badjas en baddoekvoor kinderen."

"This place is a scam!
It's located in a hilly area and if it's snowing it's nearly impossible to reach it by walking.
The furniture was worn out, mattresses, couches ...etc were not eligible for human use!
Couldn't stay there for more than 30 min. and ended up wasting all my money spent on this property.
Don't recommend it to anyone. "

"Ailemle beraber kaldım. Konfor hayal kırıklığıydı. Temizlik idare eder.salon koltuğu o kadar kötüydüki yanımıza aldığımız örtüyü sermek durumunda kaldık.
Yataklar süngermiydi anlamadık. İçinde kaybolduk.
Tam dinlenemedik ama Eskişehir muhteşemdi. "
