We stayed at the Hotel Sukha for the Europa League Final, the hotel staff were superb, excellent customer service (Indurre, Jourre, Dani, Onintza & Maitetxci). Our taxt driver let us down last minute but the hotel staff all called around and ensure we had a lift to and from Bilbao. We also enjoyed breakfast and an evening meal all the a very high quality. We were a group of 6 and would all recommend this hotel and area of Spain.

Great overal. Had good dinner. Bed was comfy. Room was spacious with a good bathroom (except for the toilet paper dispenser dispensing single sheets one by one). Breakfast buffet is what you can expect in the region. We skipped it. You can pay extra to park in a safe underground garage or park for free next to the hotel where there was plenty of space.

Très bon hôtel

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'hôtel. Globalement calme, même si certains voisins claquent les portes à des heures indécentes. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent. Le service est professionnel. La chambre était très propre avec un grand lit, une énorme télé, un mini frigo, etc...

Sauber, modern, unkompliziert, ordentliche, große Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt für einen günstigen Preis. Tiefgarage für 10,- on Top und freundlicher Service - genau das, was wir für eine Zwischenübernachtung benötigt haben. Das Essen im Restaurant war günstig und okay, hatte aber noch Luft nach oben. Alles in Allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.
