Fantastic hotel, excellent restaurant. As for some reception staff not so good. Didn't have most of what they advertise for your stay and wasn't helpful when questioned. If they retrain these two individuals maybe they would recieve 100% percent satisfaction

Really pleased we stayed here. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. Great amenities with a lovely large outside pool. Greeted by General Manager on arrival and given complimentary drinks. Short walk to town, ideal location

The stay was really nice. There is a buffet breakfast and diner included in the room price.
Everything was really clean.
Only the rooms are not very sound proof. Especially to room entrance door.
Our neighbour from across the corridor had a screaming child early morning and it was like the child was sitting next our bed.
The spa is really nice. We has a hamam and massage, they where lovely.

The hotel was amazing in the sense of the amenities, it was near the little tine high street, the swimming and hot thermal water was great. The best was your private thermal water in your own room! The staff were very helpful. They let us choose the room we wanted as the air con wasn’t getting cooler as quickly as we wished therefore they have proposed a couple with a better air con.
I would definitely recommend this affordable price.
