"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "Checked in late evening (roughly 11pm) and departed before 7am. Turned in the keys at the front desk. About 7:15, a friendly worker called to see if we meant to return the keys, as we had a second night booked. We hadn't realized, but did mean to turn them in. She said she would leave a message for a manager to follow up with us about cancelling the second night. No one did, so I reached back out. I received a message saying the manager declined a refund. I sent further inquiry and...

"The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work."

The hotel is modern and very clean, the pool was super fun for the kids and I was super impressed by all the stuff.
