They got us a portable crib for my 3 month old which was really awesome. Break was great. No smoking allowed on the property. I will only stay at Holiday inn Express from now on."

"I booked a room due to an EARLY morning surgery at nearby UVA Hospital since we live 2 1/2 hours away. The staff was so accommodating with a first floor room to minimize patient's in house travel. The beds were so comfortable which helped with a good nights sleep in spite of all us having pre surgery nerves. I would definitely book again should the need arise for us to be in the area again."

The coffee cups were too small, but going back for a refill is a simple solution. My only complaint is the lack of power outlets in the common areas. From outside to inside, the style and decor were pretty cool to make the stay more of an experience than simply a place to sleep. "
