"Staff Katarina was very nice! The place was clean and comfortable with whimsical cottage vibes. I could see the many attention to detail throughout the space and appreciated them. The one downside is the amount of stairs you need to climb for Montmatre. But honestly after the shocking climb the first day, we really enjoyed climbing stairs and taking in the views all over Montmatre! Truly exceptional customer service - warm, lovely and so helpful. The hotel is beautiful, has amazing food, and is in a wonderful location. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was very nice and had a good selection, and the decor in the whole hotel was immaculate. Throughout our two week stay, we only had a couple of issues - our phone wouldn't stay connected so we couldn't make calls to or receive calls from reception, our coffee maker didn't work...
