If the they don’t get back with you, which happened to us , then you will be waiting til late to gain access. "The hotel was cute and very clean. Hot water is only available at certain times of the day but it is posted so you can plan ahead if you want a hot shower. My biggest disappointment was that the restaurant is now closed. A nice touch would be for the lobby to offer coffee and tea in the morning, as the nearest coffee is a 10 minute walk and nothing opens until 8am"
