"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Down Hall and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were there as a family to celebrate a very special occasion, our family engagement party, and everything was just perfect.
The hotel itself was beautiful, our room was lovely and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated how well everything was looked after.
It was such a special occasion for our family, and Down Hall helped make it even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone looking for somewhere special to stay or celebrate.
