"The worst experience ever! The only positive experience was the receptionist who checked me in and two cleaners who were happy to carry out their duties. The other staff including the manager were completely unhelpful and dismissive to a large extent. I got a 50% refund because the condition of my room was terrible. The air conditioning was not working and they kept lying to me that a technician was due to resolve the issue. I spent five nights and no technician turned up. At a stage I had to change my room ,but quickly realised that the air conditioning was also not working in the room. The humidity in the room exacerbated my medical conditions and this was communicated to the manager via email. I could hardly sleep for three consecutive nights due to excessive heat, I requested for a fan and a male receptionist offered me a heavily dusty fan with cobwebs on it which I had to clean myself!!! The hair dryer in my room , and the sauna were not working.. This hotel standard shouldn’t be a four star. The rooms need to be refurbished. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant!!! Nothing close to the experience that I had anticipated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is yet my worst experience in a hotel whist on holiday."
