"Our room was very clean and the staff was exception! Very sweet ladies at the front desk. The pool area was neat and clean as was all the property when we were there."

"The pool was very dirty and cloudy but even worse was waking up in the middle of the night to find the hugest cockroach on my 6 year old grandson’s pillow as he slept and his head was still on the pillow!!!! I have a picture of the roach that we threw in the tub! I think what made the situation worse is that when I reported it to the front desk, the very tall female could only gasp and say “oh no”…. I feel that was the worst response I’ve ever seen!!! I do post my reviews to google and yelp as...

"The room was clean but smelled antiseptic, which was a little offsetting. However, the smell went away after awhile. The shower floor was dingy and needed to be replaced. The hotel was full during our stay, and the management was overwhelmed and cranky about us asking for fresh towels, but they did give them to us. The pillows were hard and mostly flat. I wish I could be more positive, but even the provided breakfast wasn't tasty. I probably wouldn't stay there again."
