"We were able to check in almost an hour early, super awesome. The only downsides were that the walls are thin so you hear everything and the mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that, I would recommend this place. Super good price! Thank you"

"Parking was easy and secure. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The wall ac unit worked well. Easy check in and check out. Nice room decor. Comfortable bed and sheets."

"Nice stay. It was only a 15 minute drive from the Pasadena convention center. It had free parking which doesn't exist in Pasadena. The hotel was beautiful and clean. It also costed less than hotels in Pasadena. Would I stay again? Absolutely without a doubt. The area surrounding it was clean and lots of places to eat too. Overall great experience"

"Parking was easy, Room clean, only 2 bath towels, 2 individual use soap, 1 use Shampoo & Conditioner, 1 waste can, no tissue. It was quiet in our area. No garbage cans outside on property."

"Great breakfast and kid friendly. Nice place to unwind with the family. In n out and McDonald’s nearby with plenty of other options within driving distance. Grocery stores nearby were good for convenience with the option to buy some items on site. The pool was heated which was a plus. Very pleasant staff made check in, the stay, and check out a breeze. Definitely recommending this hotel to future guests of the wonderful city of Azusa. Thank you all so much."

"This hotel had a false rating of 8. They must be fake! The room was disgusting. Pillows had yellow stains. The two mattress covers had stains, the walls were dirty. The bathroom floors were held by duck tape. The bathroom corner floors had huge dust balls. The tub had stains and hair. We couldn’t shower because the tub was so gross. The check in window was tinted dark so you couldn’t see who you were talking to. They requested a $20 deposit for the key door. Most hotels just tell you to leave the key in the room. DON’T stay here because it’s disgusting. I hope I don’t end up with bedbugs. We arrived late and tired so we couldn’t leave to get another place. We requested a refund later with pictures as proof and the hotel staff told Hotels.com they would NOT refund or anything. "
