"All of the staff was very helpful and kind. One worker even printed out directions to a good mexican restaurant that she recommended for me! They had ice water available 24/7 in the lobby, which was a lifesaver. Housekeeping was available everyday if you wanted it, and I believe did bedding every 2 days unless you requested. It was very clean and the breakfast was yummy. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Having a free shuttle to/from the airport was extremely convenient. It is right next to a waffle house and around one block, if that, to the nearest bus stop. We would definitely stay again!"

"Every person we ran into was beyond nice and helpful. The supper they have there was perfect for a quick bite after a long flight. The breakfast was great. The room was super clean and spacious. I loved every thing about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Phoenix."

"The rooms were very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the Roku TV but once we communicated with them we got it fixed very quickly. AC was amazing after being out in the Phoenix heat. Definitely going to stay again! Highly recommend (:"
