"Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well. Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been. Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!"

"It’s a nice hotel that is located within walking distance of Arizona Financial Theatre. I’ve stayed there twice and might do so again. My only complaint is that it’s overpriced in my opinion. $900 for two nights is a bit much. The rooms are nice but not $900 nice."
