"Staff was helpful from time we got in to check out. Rooms were clean. I really enjoyed the pool area, gym, and all the different games that are available. Its walking distance to Downtown and to the Mortgage Area. You also have the option of catching the Metro from the airport, for $2, valid for 2hrs and get dropped off a block from hotel which was super convenient. One thing I disliked was, not having access to the other floors. We came as a family group and if we needed to grab something from them we had to meet up on the 8th floor or Main Lobby. I recommend this place and will be staying here again when I come back to Phoenix. "
