"Tolle Lage, direkt an der Biscaya Brücke und fußläufig zur Metro. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Gebäude und das Zimmer war sauber, groß und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Kaffee gibt es kostenlos bei der Rezeption. Ich hatte einen schönen Ausblick und man kann im Hotel nett draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und...

"The location of this hotel is very good and convenient for getting around the city. However, the room was a bit small. My main concern was the air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was very hot, but the air conditioning in our room was very weak and did not cool the room properly. We reported this to the reception, but were told that the system was less effective because many guests were using it at the same time. "New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. Extremely inconvenient and even more so for seniors."

"The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, including the old city. We used Bilbao as a base to explore several other places such as: Lourdes, Biarritz, Santander, San Sebastián, Gatica and Bustamante. It was perfect for easy and quick access to the highway system."

"El lugar me gustó mucho, excelente ubicación, super cerca de estación de tren y avenida! Lo único que mejoraría es la acústica de las habitaciones...mi balcón tenía la cancelería un poco abierta y si se filtraba ruido exterior, de ahí todo el lugar excelente!"

"Clean and modern, well-appointed and everything worked. Excellent option for small family (although would have been small for 4 adults). Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) but felt a little quiet at night. Overall, a good option at less than price of family room in central location or paying for two rooms."
