"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

"The property was very clean. My only comment is when we arrived the sofa was still damp, where it had obviously been cleaned - this took a further day to dry. Can not comment on staff as did not see anyone as it’s a keyless property - contact details were available if we needed anything. Supermarket near by as is the metro and tram stops. A 1 hour walk to central Budapest but 10-20 minutes by public transport. The area is safe but not sure if walk around by myself."
