"Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. "Loved the free hot breakfast with some variation of sausages and eggs. There's a waffle maker too. We took advantage of the Happy Hour, which ended at 7:30pm. Coors beer, non descriptive red and white wine and soda. One night had crunchy snack mix, another night had cheese and crackers. Staff was efficient. Breakfast staff was top notch. Free parking was super easy. Quiet at night."
