"We arrived a short time after check in time and our room was not ready. We waited 10 minutes for the room to be finished. My husband and I are in our 70’s and our room was on the third floor. The problem with that was the elevator was not working and we had to make multiple trips to get everything carried up to our room. When we went to breakfast the next morning, the elevator was working. The TV kept freezing up while watching. It was a cable issue since it was on all channels. That happened...

The staff stood out immediately, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience feel elevated from start to finish. Our room (Stadium View King) was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent, and we especially appreciated the large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The view was fantastic, and the TV setup was modern and easy...

"The a/c was broken the couches looked overly used like something off a curb. The kitchenette had stains on the counter. Very outdated property. "

"The location is perfect, close enough to the strip and Henderson and conveniently close to the airport and rental cars. The rooms and dining room were nice and inviting. Breakfast isn't anything special but it's still a nice continental breakfast. Plenty of parking and a convenience store to top off the accommodations. I will definitely be staying here again."
