"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The 5:30-7 pm events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was delicious and I met so many people from all over the United States. "Overall ok. Very convenient to stay if you or a family member are in or having a procedure at Saint Joseph Main hospital. Literally across the street. Room was fairly clean. Cup holders in the chair were nasty was only complaint on cleanliness. Paper thin walls. TV kept turning all all through the night for some odd reason. The air ceiling vent in bathroom needs fixed as it rattled all night probably from wind in the exhaust system. Overall good. Would stay again just for the convenience next to...

"The hotel was convenient to our event and walkable to many restaurants, so we didn't have to drive. We parked our car for a fee in a lot across the street. The property was pretty clean but a little older/outdated. Nonetheless, it was a nice stay and the employees were helpful and courteous."

"It was cool to have all the art in the lobby. The room was large and mostly clean -- but there was some gunk on the shower curtain and several areas needed dusting. But the service could have been more professional. I know it was slow - but several times when we were in the lobby the staff was just scrolling their phones. "Bathroom was not the cleanest, mystery hair as soon as we checked in. Rest of the room was clean. Air conditioner in our friends room was not working, but they brought them a small unit. Locations was great though. Attached parking was an added perk, although a bit on the pricey side."
