"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. "We usually stay in Ibis Style hotels when travelling. They have always been smart, modern and attractive. This one is very poor. The building is in peer condition, the interior drab, the carpeting in public areas quite dreadful. The room was tired but clean. On the positive side we were gree ted by a young member of staff who was charming and helpful."

"Not too bad but the car park is in a poor state and up the street from the hotel entrance .. which is not great when it is raining and you have to drag your luggage along uneven pavements and over bumps and potholes all while getting soaking wet."
