i ENJOYED THE FREE BREAKFAST AND CLEAN COZY ROOM. UNFORTUNATELY, MY ROOM WAS NEXT TO A SET OF STAIRS WHICH HAD A NOISEY TENANT WHO WOKE ME UP TWICE AFTER 10PM AND VERY EARLY THE NEXT MORNING. KAREN COSSABOON
I loved this hotel so much. It was a very cute design but the bathrooms were phenomenal. I loved the dual shower head and I've always wanted to try a water file style shower head. The rooms were very quiet and the stock was very helpful when I needed to get something printed for an event I was at. Highly recommend
Over priced for what you get, it’s just a motel style place. Morning food prep staff was rude. Room was super small with the bed almost against the wall so the second person in the bed couldn’t hardly walk around. We had an extra toilet paper role in the room that looks like it had water damage all over it or something happened to it, glad we didn’t have to touch it.

Despite posted quiet hours, we had downstairs neighbors that had a party from 10-pm to 6 am. The hotel staff did very little to enforce their own policy. The breakfast was good and the rooms were tidy. If it wasn’t for not getting any sleep, I’d stay at this hotel again.
This property looked newly remodeled, including a rain shower in the room. Very clean and safe. Stayed for one night with a friend and everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance. We were both impressed with the hot breakfast. It was all of my favorite breakfast foods, and it saved us a trip to a diner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.
I was pleasantly surprised, especially because It was one of the more affordable places to stay in downtown Eugene. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Lots of restaurants and shopping to do in the area. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
Nice little g we found last minute At the end of a long road trip in the heart of the city. It had a very good breakfast that was included in the rate. Apparently, it had been remodeled recently, and everything was done beautifully. It was more than we expected for the price we paid.
Staff were wonderful. Room was adequate. Although remodeled, the construction is dated: no plug outlets at bedside, thin walls - heard snoring from adjacent room throughout the night.
Quaint remodeled motel. That is the expectation. Was in town for Eugene marathon. Breakfast was great. Rooms are good. Would have been nice if the wall unit heat/ac would have been on to warm room in anticipation of arrival.
Small motel that has been recently renovated, VERY cute and nicely decorated rooms. Excellent complementary breakfast. Free on-site parking. The down side was a lot of traffic noise, and sound from neighboring rooms coming right through the walls.
This is a classic vintage motel that has been artfully renovated and functionally enhanced with compact spaces that are well planned and newly decorated. Despite being in the midst of downtown Eugene, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The new lobby and dining area is cozy and inviting. The breakfast included with your reservation is one of the best you’ll find amongst similarly priced hotels. Bottom line: It’s a great bargain and a fun place to stay. I’ll be back!

Lots of road and building construction work going on plus motel sits close to a couple of busy streets so this contributes to noise. Amenities are pretty limited with only toxic Keurig coffee available in rooms. Also air gaps around door with a difficult to adjust heater. Limited towel racks and terrible breakfast coffee and no tea options.
This was the coziest hotel I’ve stayed at ever in Eugene. So cute, clean and loved the fact they still had metal keys for the doors instead of key cards.
I’ve stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed the ease of walking to restaurants and the McDonald Theatre for shows. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. This time around, however, I realized how thin the walls are. There was also some construction happening after 9:30am when we woke up - right above our room. Hammering… TABLE SAWS. So obnoxious. Not sure why they couldn’t wait to do that between 11am-3pm. Seriously not cool.
Nicely remodeled and can walk to lots of restaurants/activities. Only comments would be it wasn’t the quietest (older building with thin walls) and they need more outlets to modernize (only two usable outlets in room and one was behind the bed.)
Have stayed here many times and it continues to be enhanced. Room was clean, rain shower head was a bonus. They have a nice lobby area and pretty good breakfast. The area surrounding the property is just ok, but generally I felt safe.
Property was great, room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast isn’t what other reviews crack it up to be, but was good enough for a hotel breakfast nonetheless.
The only complaint was that the maids are real handy with belongings when they tidy up the room. I had to leave my do not disturb sign in the door to avoid the maids touching and moving my things.
Great location. Walking distance to WOW Hall and McDonald Theatre. Fine to walk at nite. Free Breakfast offerings fresh and plentiful. The only strange thing, no hand soap in Bathroom.
