"좋은 뷰, 레지던스 측의 빠른 응대는 좋았습니다. 다만 룸키핑은 4박에 한번, 타올 교체 등은 요청해야 하며 생수도 처음 하루만 제공된다든지 하는 레지던스 특유의 정책이 있는 점은 참조하기시 바랍니다. 그리고 본 건물인 협성마리나 G7의 부대 시설 등의 공사가 완료되지 않은 부분이 없이 조금은 번잡한 느낌도 있습니다. "
