"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. "바로 앞에 부산역이 있어서 교통편이 짱! 편의점도 근처에 몇개나 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮아요. 과일은 바나나 사과 오렌지등 있고 페이스트리와 크루아상 식빵 바게트 있고 베이컨과 스크럼블 에그 삶은 달걀 등 양식부터 우유 시리얼, 그외 한식까지 제공되서 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 객실 상태도 깨끗했어요."
