"The beds and floors needs upgrading for certain rooms. The management was quite good and helped swap rooms but no one wants to pack and unpack! Location is good as it was a quite street and just 10/15 mins walk to Public transport."

"The hotel is a modern hotel. Rooms came with a/c and were spacious for our needs. Fridge in the room and a kettle. No provision for tea or coffee or milk. Shame there is no bar in the evening. Everything shuts up by 8pm. Fairly close to the city centre, taxi needed mostly to get around. Breakfast is European not much fruit options other than. Apples or oranges. We had a good stay and visited a lot of what Bucharest had to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful."

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and many of Bucharest’s main attractions. "Pretty close to the main square where we met for a lot of our tours. The hotel was nice, just a bit hot. We asked if we could turn the heat down and were told we could from our room, but it never worked so we did have to open the window each night. Also, we didnt realize we were in the center of the “university area” so there was an insane amount of rude kids each day. Overall a great hotel though! "

"We had booked superior room for our stay, we arrived around 6pm, the room was clean & tidy however there was an overwhelming stench of sewage in the room & the room was boiling hot, we tried to use the air conditioning but that appeared to be broke & the mini bar/fridge inside the wardrobe was warm, as were the drinks, this was also not working. We didn’t have robes/slippers in the room as advertised either. There were no tea/coffee facilities, however not sure this is a thing in Romania. For...

"The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Although the staff was small, the bed was always made up and the garbage collected every day. Although there was no front desk or people visibly on duty, when a courier from Lufthansa appeared with our "lost" suitcase, communicating via WhatsApp, and I was not on the premises (!), I informed the hotel manager. I gave the front door code to the courier, who placed the suitcase in the lobby out of sight behind the (unattended) former reception...

"A well run hotel. They have a 24 hour front desk and whenever I had a problem they fixed it quickly. It is about a 5 minute walk to the metro. I would stay again, as it is a good value for money hotel."
