"The staff were friendly and even offered to help us with our bags, provided restaurant recommendations which we appreciated! The hotel is a ways from the city but quite reasonable to stay, the AC worked which was appreciated."

"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). Would we re-book if we were...

"We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and relaxing. There were plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. Recommended, would stay again. Grazie!"

"Yeah, never again. Location was in the dangerous side of Milan we were told by many locals before arriving. When we arrived, we were trying to get in EXACTLY following the instructions, 1 hour of trying to open the door and slow response's from the owner and we gave up. We paid for a place and did not even get to see it, NEVER AGAIN. no refund no nothing was given to us, DONT go here at all cost. Locals telling us there is gangs, aswell as common tourist robbery going on. No thanks, we booked...
