Elysian Airport Hotel & Restaurant

"Ibrahim made my stay pleasurable. He saved the day with his problem solving ability. I had a challenge and he fixed it for me. He had everything he needed to make a decision on the fly and fix my challenge. He is the reason my rating for the hotel went from a 1 star to a 5 star review. Nice work to whoever hired him. He gets it! He know what great service is all about"

Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Airport Arnavutkoy
10/10 Excellent
"This modern hotel with English speaking staff is located within approximately 15 minutes drive from the Istanbul's International Airport and across the beautiful "Green Mosque with six minarets". The taxi cost is between 15-20 euros. Rooms are clean and quiet with a cozy pleasant interior and very comfortable bedding. AC display is easy to operate and a window can be open for some fresh air. There is a great restaurant downstairs that works till 11:00 PM (23:00) and the hotel's chefs have a wide variety of delicious things on a menu. Friendly restaurant team is always nearby to assist with your dining. Very special thank you for the great service to Rani. I'm also thankful for a warm welcome by a reception team. Unfortunately, I didn't learn their names, but the check-in/check-out process went smooth and an assistance needed on a couple of occasions was addressed and resolved within minutes. There was a very young man on the dark-rainy-night shift reception, who like a brave knight quickly came to my "rescue" well past midnight, when another hotel guest, with whom I shared a wall, checked-out, leaving his room with a blasting TV :) Thank you, Istanbul Ramada Team!"
