"The staff was so kind and friendly. So far the best stay that we had in Spain. It was a bit far from where we had to be so we took Ubers everyday; thus, we moved. The hotel is very clean, the hospitality can do a little better with replacing the exact amount of towels daily without having to ask them to give more towels. I did have to ask for the refilling of conditioner and shower gel which was barely anything from day 1. On day 2 they replaced the gel but still not the conditioner until I said something. That is the only thing that I had an issue with. I even asked to change my sheets after 3 days that we were there and when I came back I saw that they did not do it. I found still wrinkled same sheets but at that point I just let it go. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, comfy rooms, clean, good restaurant and nice pool. Restaurant staff were delightful - smiley and courteous especially Salvatore. He always greets with a smile and wants guests to feel welcome. Despite the minor incidents with hospitality I still give it a 10 out of 10."
