"I stay at the Clayton at the airport several times each year before I have onward travel and have done so for several years. My only complaint is related to the restaurant menu. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I find it difficult to find something that appeals to me. This time I selected the teriyaki salmon. It seems as though the teriyaki sauce was only applied to the salmon skin, which one doesn’t eat. The veg was absolutely superb!! This dish was served with white rice, an appropriate side dish, but no teriyaki or soy sauce accompanying it to add flavor."
