"The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it! " This hotel sits back from a side street located one block from Kléber Avenue. This made an extremely quiet stay! There was a small parking lot directly in front of the hotel doors. Check-in was easy. We were up graded by management to a larger room because we are Expedia gold members. We thought our room was spacious compared to other EU hotels we have stayed in.
