"We didn’t love the property. We booked the Mona Lisa Suite which was supposed to be the largest room but it was incredibly tight, even by Paris standards. I have stayed in Paris 5 times in the last 10 years and it was the smallest room I have stayed in. I also felt there wasn’t very much transparency about that room, it was on the ground floor and the door to the room is right next to reception and the only elevator. "Absolutely loved this hotel, excellent location in a lovely part of Paris. Stunning architecture everywhere. Warm welcome upon arrival, and shown to our rooms with a quick tour and explanation of the hotel facilities. Lovely well furnished room, with a balcony overlooking the hanging garden. "This was our third time back at L’Hotel. The second time I stayed at the hotel I felt very under the weather after checkout and asked if there had anywhere for me to sit for a while until we were to leave for the flight. They gave me a free room for 5hrs to properly rest as well as free food and drink. Amazing service that they had no need to offer but did anyway.
