"This hotel was centrally located and only a block from the Louvre-Rivoli Metro stop, so it is in great location. Unfortunately, they put us in a room below the main level, (basically the basement) which was damp and musty. The shower had mold in it and did not drain at all. They had a plumber come to fix it and I took a shower the next day, which once again didn’t drain and flooded the floor. We used the bath towels to clean it up and let them know what happened. "Spectacular. The quality of every square inch of this hotel is simply second to none. The wooden floors, walls, and custom cabinetry in the guest rooms looks so elegant but is also so comfortable at the same time. The view of city you get at this hotel from your room (if you’re facing the outside) and the rooftop were stunning and made it a struggle for us to go out and explore the city.
