"Well appointed room; had everything we needed. Clean, courteous staff, good breakfast, great location to access public transport. Lots of great food options in the vicinity. Only downside….very noisy if you’re on a lower floor. You can hear the garbage trucks from early morning and the sounds from all the night time partying in the area. But we were out most of the day so it only bothered us a bit at night. Would highly recommend."

"Adorable Classic room with big bathroom, all extremely clean. The best part was the functioning air conditioner, which was a godsend in the heatwave. The hotel breakfasts are small but I had a bespoke crepe and eggs, and was very well looked after. The location is wonderful, 5 mins or less from Metro station, and my room was blissfully quiet."

"The rooms are extremely small that one keeps bumping into furniture. The suite had separate toilet from the bathroom and the sink, which is very inconvenient and unhygienic. The staff was wonderful though and extremely helpful. The location is great for all the main attractions. Overall, I was disappointed especially for the price."

"We had a love!y stay. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located near the Lounge and the river. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was some mess on our floor and we had to take a makeshift elevator up a floor in order to get the e!evator that went to the lobby. Inconvenient but certainly doable. Also, know that if breakfast isn't included with the room it will cost 30 euros per person. All that said, we would certainly recommend the Normandy."
