"Great location & staff"

"This was the second time I stayed at this property, and I would absolutely come back again. I have been to Paris 5 x and this is the best location I have chosen. It's very close to the Louvre, metro and restaurants. The hotel is more of a boutique style/size. It is quite safe, as you need to have an access card to even get in the front entrance. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and the view of their courtyard is adorable."

"Did not have breakfast so I couldn't judge that. However teh bar area had no life. If you could find a bar tender you could get a drink, but since there was hardly anyone there the bar was abandoned. Supposed to be open until 11, but one night at 10 the reception guy said" He went home!". "Staff was inattentive, rooms were small, ac didn’t work and I had to ask for help Multiple times and nobody responded. Additionally the walls were so thin I could hear everything that happened in the hotel lobby or any of the rooms as well as everything outside"

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."
