Pros:
-Great location. ~5min walk to the metro adjacent to the Arc de Triomphe and to the Champs Elysee.
-Quiet! Very well positioned on a side street away from the constant police sirens. We did not hear them from our room at all.
-Very nice front desk staff.
Cons:
- unfortunately our room (Emotion Terasse) was in need of some significant upkeep: really gross stains on the walls of the WC; the terrace, which we looked forward to using, was in need od some work: furniture and deck were badly worn/splintered and in need of a good cleaning; room walls in general needed some cleaning/fresh coat of paint.
-Houskeeping left something to be desired: despite having our room cleaned each day during a 4 night stay, they failed to refresh to tissues, toilet paper, and shower gel, causing us to have to request from the front desk. Also, we left at 7:30AM one morning, hung the tag to have our room made up, only to return at 3:30pm to an uncleaned room.
To summarize, the hotel was good, and perhaps we might consider staying again. Unfortunately it did not live up to its stellar ratings on Expedia.
