"We had an excellent time at H10 Madison and plan to go back again. The staff were all so lovely happy and helpful from the front desk and concierge to the ladies looking after us at breakfast and the barmen at the pool bar and restaurant upstairs. The food wss excellent the pool wss perfect for the kids in the afternoons and the room wss very comfortable"

"Great stay at H10 Metropolitan! Our flight arrived several hours before check-in, and the staff was very accommodating by storing our luggage so we could start exploring the city right away. The team was friendly and responsive, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the main square and Gothic District. Even with temperatures in the 90s, we loved being able to easily return to the hotel to cool down and rest. Highly recommend!"
