"The room was good, staff were nice. The breakfast was disorganized and scarce. Empty serving dishes... Only the omelet bar was operating and she kept mixing up orders. No place to sit inside so we ate in the heat."

"The front desk workers were most helpful with everything.They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station. I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system. The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor) Very good breakfast. Honey hive!"
