"One of the main reasons I booked this room was for the kitchen. I travel for work and prefer not to eat out. The kitchen had no kitchenware to use. It stated kitchenware was for sale at the front desk, when I went to buy them, they didn't have any available. I have traveled for work for 30 years and have never encountered a hotel that supplied a kitchen with no kitchenware. They did not supply a coffee maker, no ironing board or iron, no toiletries and no soap. Did not have a good...

"Upon walking in the lobby the property smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no one behind the counter when I first walked in. After a moment or two a younger gentleman came out of a back office who looked as if he just left a dispensary and sample every joint in the house. Having said that, he was nothing but courteous, polite and gave wonder suggestions for meal options in the area. Then we walked into our room. It was not welcoming whatsoever. "This hotel was horrible. We left at 7pm and swapped hotels. The floors were sticky and dirty and all the rooms need major updating. The sofa had stains on it, bathrooms were old and had mold by toilet and in shower. It smelled. And we paid way too much. Do better."

"Stayed here on our way to Yellowstone, a late night check in and the pool still being open were great after a long day of driving. Downside to this stay - things were left in our room (sealed boxes of supplements, yes, my fault) and either met the trash or belong to someone on the housekeeping staff as none of it was logged as found and left with the front desk.... Double check rooms before leaving, anything left behind truly is left behind."

"The guy working the late night shift had been off for two days. I asked him for some detergent to wash clothes with. He said they didn’t have any. He didn’t even go look. He treated me like I was a homeless person. I would never go back to that motel."
