"The rooms (we booked 2) smelled of dampness (like wet carpets). It was overwhelming. Otherwise, our stay was great. At midnight, someone must have checked into the room above ours. The footsteps were so loud! - this woke me up."

"Although the bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean, the floor was dirty.
Our room had a piece of carpet in front of the sink and the strip that attached the carpet to the floor had lifted and had been screwed down. A definite hazard with potential for injury, especially for bare-footed children.
The soap dispenser by the sink was broken and the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower were either empty or didnt work.
The continental breakfast looked stale and...

"Clean room. Pool unavailable. Property in large part in a state of disrepair and lacking basic maintenance and for such low quality, literally the highest price I have ever been charged for a single night stay. Very dissatisfied!"
