Great attention to detail - there was even a supply of cotton buds and a small sewing kit! Really conveniently located to get to York centre, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in! "Clean comfortable rooms traditional Victorian style characters. We were upgraded to the apartments across the road in a Victorian style property which was really spacious. The staff are lovely and helpful and the hotel was so Christmassy! This is my second stay and I will be staying again on my next trip to York."
