"Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty standing water in the tub drain, and the toilet seat was heavily stained and blackened. I have photographs documenting these conditions. In addition, the hotel advertised a hot breakfast as part of the stay. However, no hot breakfast was available during my stay. Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300) when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk. They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $. I was given free breakfast for 2 days"
