Fantastic location and access to the beach through the gardens. The outside pool was freezing when the outside temp was 20+, was defo not heated. The electric shower was disconnected with no warning, the sink was blocked that should of been picked up, the sofa lost a lot of pudding, the phone doesn't work, the fire alarm went off at midnight for 5 sec, windows are dirty. The property feels like it hasn't moved from the 1970s. If you want no frills with a leisure centre and easy access to the beach, this is an ideal property. "
