"My second time staying there, and the best part is the staff. They are really welcoming."

"This is a room in a residential house with a digital lock on the door. I found the lock system confusing to work, and am not convinced it was secure. The bathroom was jack-and-jill style (shared) with another room, which you could only lock from the room (not from inside the bathroom), so there was nothing to prevent someone in the connected room from entering the bathroom while you were in it. The wallpaper on the wall was stapled up (not pasted), and torn and peeling in several places. Towels...

"Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

"Booked this place 2 months in advance and was told upon arrival they didn’t have my booking. The area is very sketchy and exterior very run down. Its not worth the stay, find somewhere else and don’t take the chance!"

"The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return."

"Very chic and clean, the balcony is also very beautiful. The staff are very nice and helpful, only the gym is bit too small, and the shower temperature is not very stable."

"Easy check in and great location for my trip."

"Very helpful staff and super cool hotel, the location being in downtown LA is not the best but the hotel itself was great"

"Great customer service"

"Perfect place for family ✨"

"Bed mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Rooms are fairly standard, though the giant semi-transparent glass between the bed and bathroom really ruins sleep when someone else turns on the lights to use it. The city view is really nice since I was assigned a higher floor, but everyone gets to experience it when checking in since the lobby is all the way up to the 70th floor (first ever hotel I’ve seen do that). I’d say the “luxury” aspect just comes from the hotel aesthetic, high floors, and…...

"Old hotel but very clean and peaceful, No breakfast room but on each floor each morning they have juices, fruit and pastries."
