"The Malt Store surpassed our expectations, the apartment was huge, absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. Birr is a nice little town and we were very close to all amenities. The staff were very prompt and friendly in answering any correspondence regarding our stay. I would thoroughly recommend The Malt Store as accommodation if visiting this part of Ireland. "Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and cleaned each day. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The bar was modern and staff were pleasant, the food was excellent. We stayed in August and thought as the hotel was busy there would be some nightly entertainment but there wasn't. The pool and it's facilities I couldn't fault. We will definitely return."
