"Staff were excellent, very helpful. Food ordered from restaurant also excellent. Let downs were no SKY TV, heat pump in bedroom rather than living area, hard bed, phone not working and no electrical sockets next to mirrors for hair dryer and straightener."

"We Enjoyed our stay at the Palms Motel, everything was super clean & inviting, not too far to the airport or city. We checked out at 6am to get our flight but it was canceled, I called the Motel to ask if we could come back to stay until 10am and they were amazing, so highly recommend the service here. "The rooms we had were adequately clean but some issues with heaters not working and when it was 1 degree outside, we needed the heaters. Not a fan of the open showers as water leaks everywhere but it was above a spa bath which we did not use. The owners were very pleasant and eager to help if we had issues."
