"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. "Check in was smooth where the host greeted us and showed us our room. The room was spacious with a double bed and a sofa bed in it. Lots of room to walk around the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super spacious as well, unlike other showers in Europe which are very small. The location was in the centre of the main strip, with a 10 min walk to the La Spezia Centrale train station one way, and a 10 min walk to the pier the other way. I would definitely stay here again...highly...
