"I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble...

Some food items were not even hot when they should be. The lady (staff) who was there last week was talking badly about a group of family who wasn’t even rude to her. "Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. It would be good that Expedia says clearly when there is a big security fee ... fortunately the casher/receptionist let me go in the room without the big fee, that I did not have! "There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless.
